Gerald Bent offers insight into how to take the first steps toward leadership, finding your passions, getting involved, and tips on maintaining a healthy Medicine Wheel along the way. Gerald is a Correctional Programs Officer and Indigenous Educator, Two-Spirit, Status Indian and a member of the Lytton Indian Band, which is located in the traditional territory of the Nlakapamux nation.
